You'll be responsible for:
- departments' traffic - keeping the records of projects and related tasks, updating status and time of their execution,
- subcontractors database management - taking care of proper circulation of cooperation documents, supplementing the database with new partners,
- managing the rights to photos and assets used in creative materials - stock accounts, recording the scope of photo use, preparing the cost estimation for purchases,
- proactive supporting other projects (PR, recruitment etc.).
- you're familiar with MS Office and Google Docs,
- you have experience in work with planning and cost-estimating tools or want to gain it,
- you are disciplined and organized, and your love of order is reciprocated,
- you speak fluently and write well in English (mandatory!) and you're ready to work in an international team,
- you're communicative, open person who likes to work in group,
